Everything a CRM should do

Everything a Canadian CRM should do — in two languages

Bilingual contact profiles, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, and one shared contact graph for the whole Maple suite. Unlimited contacts, free. No more reconciling French and English duplicates across spreadsheets.

Bilingual contact profiles

Every record carries parallel English and French fields for name, title, address, and notes, plus a preferred-language flag that drives every downstream Maple app.

Lifecycle stages & tags

Track lead, MQL, SQL, customer, expansion, and churn risk. Trigger campaigns and tasks automatically when a contact moves between stages.

Deal pipelines & tasks

Drag-and-drop kanban pipelines with weighted forecast, stage probabilities, and per-stage task templates. Pipelines per team, per product, per region.

AI tools, on tap

Research, enrich, extract, de-duplicate, and brief — the MapleContacts AI toolkit does the busywork. You only pay for the tools you actually use, in Maple AI Tokens.

Maple-suite integration

Native two-way sync with MapleMail (campaigns), MapleConcierge (tenants), MapleReceptionist (caller ID), MapleForms (lead capture), and MapleInvoice (billing).

PIPEDA + GDPR toolkit

Per-record consent ledger, one-click right-to-erasure, right-to-export, and Article 30 records of processing. Quebec Law 25 covered out of the box.

How it works

How MapleContacts works

From a spreadsheet to a fully bilingual, lifecycle-tracked, AI-assisted Canadian CRM in under fifteen minutes.

1

Import or sync your contacts

Pull contacts from CSV, Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or any open API — as many as you like, free. MapleContacts auto-detects EN vs FR records.

2

Set lifecycle stages and pipelines

Pick a template (SaaS, agency, clinic, property manager, retailer) or build your own kanban pipeline. Map stages to automation triggers and task templates.

3

Add AI when you want it

Reach for the AI toolkit — research, enrichment, extraction, dedup, briefs — only when it helps. You pay for what you use in Maple AI Tokens; the contacts themselves stay free.

Connected — but never required

Connected across the Maple suite

MapleContacts is the shared contact layer for the whole Maple suite. Connect it to MapleCalendar, MapleBook, and every other Maple product, and your contacts flow across the suite automatically — one record, everywhere. And it's entirely optional: MapleContacts works perfectly on its own, with no other Maple product required.

MapleCalendar

Contacts link straight into MapleCalendar, so the people you meet, call, and follow up with are already there when you schedule — no re-keying names or details.

MapleBook

Bookings made through MapleBook resolve to the right contact automatically — every appointment, client, and history stays tied to a single bilingual record.

Every Maple product

MapleMail, MapleConcierge, MapleReceptionist, MapleForms, MapleInvoice and the rest all read and write the same contact graph, so a change in one place shows up everywhere.

Integration is optional. MapleContacts works perfectly on its own as a standalone Canadian CRM — no other Maple product required. Add the rest of the suite whenever you're ready, and your contacts simply flow into it.

Contact Research & Enrichment Available now

Point the AI at a contact and it researches and fills in the gaps — company, role, web presence, and context — so your records stay current without manual digging.

Business-card Scan → Contact Coming soon

Snap a business card and the AI reads it and creates a clean bilingual contact, fields mapped and de-duplicated against what you already have.

Document Contact Extraction Available now

Drop a PDF, email, or document into the cabinet and the AI pulls the people out of it — names, titles, emails, phones — straight into MapleContacts.

Smart Dedup & Merge Coming soon

The AI finds duplicate and near-duplicate records (including EN/FR variants of the same person) and proposes safe merges that keep the best of each.

Bulk Cleanup & Normalize In build

Run the AI across your whole list to standardize names, phone formats, casing, and bilingual fields in one pass — turn a messy import into a tidy CRM.

AI Contact Brief In build

Ask for a one-screen brief on any contact: who they are, recent touchpoints, open items, and what matters before your next conversation.

Outreach Draft Coming soon

Generate a tailored, on-brand outreach message for a contact in English or French, grounded in their record and history.

Smart Segments Coming soon

Describe the audience you want in plain language and the AI builds the segment — no filter-building, no query syntax.

Lead Scoring Coming soon

The AI ranks contacts by likelihood to convert or engage, so you spend your time on the records that matter most.

Next-Best-Action Coming soon

For any contact, the AI suggests the next move — a follow-up, a call, a renewal nudge — with the reasoning behind it.

Auto-Tag Coming soon

The AI reads a contact and applies the right tags and lifecycle hints automatically, keeping your list organized as it grows.

Import Mapper Coming soon

Bring in a CSV or export from another CRM and the AI maps the columns to MapleContacts fields for you, flagging anything it is unsure about.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about MapleContacts. Have something else? Email support@mapleworksuite.com.

What is MapleContacts?
MapleContacts is a Canadian-hosted bilingual (English/French) CRM. It stores customers, leads, vendors, and partners in one place with lifecycle stages, tags, custom fields, and deal pipelines. It also acts as the shared contact graph that powers every other Maple app: MapleMail campaigns, MapleConcierge tenants, MapleReceptionist caller lookup, and MapleForms lead capture.
How is MapleContacts different from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive?
HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive all run on US infrastructure - your customer data crosses the border under the CLOUD Act and is subject to US subpoena. MapleContacts is hosted in Canadian datacenters under PIPEDA and is fully bilingual (every record carries an EN and FR field for name, title, address, and notes). Pricing starts free for 500 contacts and tops out at $79 CAD/user/month - well below Salesforce Sales Cloud or HubSpot Marketing Hub.
How do bilingual EN/FR contact profiles work?
Every MapleContacts record has parallel EN and FR fields for first name, last name, title, company, salutation, street, and notes - plus a preferred language flag. When MapleMail, MapleConcierge, or MapleReceptionist render that contact, they automatically pull the right-language version: a Quebec tenant sees their lease in French, an Ontario customer sees the same campaign in English, all driven by one source of truth.
How does MapleContacts integrate with the rest of the Maple suite?
MapleContacts is the contact graph for the whole suite. Edit a phone number once and it propagates to MapleMail (segmentation), MapleConcierge (tenant directory), MapleReceptionist (caller ID lookup), MapleForms (lead capture), and MapleInvoice (billing). Lifecycle changes - lead, customer, churned - flow back into campaigns automatically.
Where is my data stored - is MapleContacts truly Canadian?
Yes. Every contact record is stored exclusively in Canadian datacenters (Moncton primary, Toronto failover). Backups stay in Canada. Encryption keys live in Canadian HSMs. We never replicate customer data to US, EU, or other infrastructure. You get a quarterly residency attestation on the Business and Enterprise plans.
Is MapleContacts PIPEDA and GDPR compliant?
Yes. MapleContacts ships with a per-record consent ledger that records when, how, and in which language a contact opted in to marketing or processing. Right-to-erasure, right-to-export, and right-to-rectify are all one-click operations. PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, and EU GDPR Article 30 records of processing are generated automatically for auditors.
Does MapleContacts have an API and webhooks?
Yes. Every plan above Free includes a documented REST API (rate-limited per plan) and outbound webhooks for contact created, updated, lifecycle changed, deal stage moved, and consent updated. Pro adds personal access tokens; Business and Enterprise add OAuth 2.0 apps and per-tenant signing secrets.
How much does MapleContacts cost in CAD?
Free for up to 500 contacts forever. Pro is $14 CAD/user/month (5,000 contacts and full deal pipelines). Business is $29 CAD/user/month (50,000 contacts, automation, and the GDPR/PIPEDA toolkit) - this is the most common plan. Enterprise is $79 CAD/user/month for unlimited contacts, SSO, SAML, and a dedicated success manager. All prices are CAD, billed monthly or annually with a 17% annual discount.
Is there a free plan for MapleContacts?
Yes. MapleContacts offers a free account so you can start with no credit card and no commitment. Create your free account, explore the core features, and upgrade to a paid plan only when you need more volume or advanced capabilities.
